Franchise Guidelines & Responsibilities
The following terms define the operational boundaries and responsibilities for all registered NISEM centers across India.
- Each authorized NISEM center is permitted to use the brand name, course curriculum, and certification support only for approved courses offered by the board.
- NISEM Education provides course materials, student registration access, and certification issuance upon completion of approved courses.
- The management, operations, staff hiring, infrastructure setup, and financial transactions of the center are the sole responsibility of the franchise owner.
- The Board (NISEM Education) is not responsible for any personal, local, legal, or financial matters of any center or its management.
- Centers must ensure transparency and integrity in all their dealings with students and must follow NISEM’s quality and branding standards.
- Centers are not authorized to make any promises of government recognition, scholarships, or benefits beyond the official scope of NISEM.
- Any misuse of the brand name, logo, or certification process may result in immediate cancellation of franchise rights without prior notice.
- Centers must display valid authorization certificates and maintain active communication with the NISEM head office for verification and updates.
- All marketing materials (posters, boards, social media posts) must include the phrase “Authorized Training Center of NISEM Education.”
- Renewal of center authorization must be done annually through the prescribed renewal process to maintain active status.

NISEM Education is a private skill education organization. The Board provides academic support, course curriculum, and certification services only.
All operational, administrative, and financial responsibilities lie with the respective center/franchise owner.
